Stupidity question

Are the claims for the Stonefall mods being made on the Morrowind engine or Oblivion? Because I made one on Oblivion, and went to check it out on that Nirn map, but couldn't find in Hammerfall or Morrowind. So, do I need to re-do it?
And also, Stonefall is a Hlaalu city, right? Because I copied all of Morrowind's Hlaalu textures and things into Oblivion so I could make it, and if it's not, then I'll feel like more of an idiot.

Stonefalls is a Hlaalu city on the Morrowind engine. It may be called Balfalls on the map you're looking at, or you just missed it.

Also, you aren't a modder and therefore I know you don't have a claim. This means that you're working on something that hasn't been granted to you. Please make yourself aware of our process before continuing.

Would like to chip in that using any kind of assets from TES3 in Oblivion mods is illegal. Don't get yourself into trouble, Varine.
