there is something, a refrence, that both depend on and yet cannot share that can cause many errors and even CTD's

Then again if you put things fom another mod into you house mod you need both that house mod and the mod which you got the items from to play it

^ this tool is useful if any of the mods you made need another mod to exist.... ie: a Vivec House mod with a Velothi Retexture interior, it can remove the depencency and help your mod work without having another mod added to you list of running mods
