Steve Irwin Died today in Australia. He was filming an underwater documentary when he was poisoned by a stingray barb through the heart....

Dude, that sucks. I guess when you're handling dangerous animals all the time, simultaneously saying "Now if I stick out my tongue, this snake could kill me." and sticking out your tongue, you're kind of asking for it, but still...

That just damn sucks.

My condolences go out to the Irwin family, and those hit most by this event... but I have to ask..

Who else thought he was eventually going to be eaten by a crocidile? Who would've guessed a giant stingray?

So sad... :( I didn't watch his shows, but he clearly entertained a lot of people. He was relatively young and seemed like a good man.

Well whatever...

All I know is that Stingrays are one of the few aquatic animals that actually enjoy human contact....

maybe Steve got too friendly....
