I downloaded the BETA of Map 1 and have played most of the island so far, with about a quarter of the south east remianing. I have also looked through the files in the construction set, to see all the new weapons/armour/objects in general that come with it. So, this brings me onto the first question:
I has a look at the Axe of Boethiah, and the unique Nordic Warhammer; and would just like to know which map/when wil they be added to the game? I would like to take their edges to some evil thingies...
And the second question:
Do I have permission to release all the weaapon sets (such as Orcish, the new Daedric, etc but not the uniques)? I ask first in case you are going to do this, and It's not really much of a big deal but the weapons are too cool to not be able. I know it does say in the readme that they are okay to use, but seeing as this is quite big (I suppose) I wanted to check first.

Well, the stuff is already released, since we kind of released them to the public n' all. But if you mean you want to use them in a mod, yes, that's fine, so long as credit is given, and your mod has a dependency on TR_Data.esm

Thanks for answering, but I guess I didn't make it clear enough: can I release them without a dependency on TR_DATA? The readme says that its okay as long as I give credit.

I don't actually mind if I'm not allowed, I just thought it would be cool to realese all the weapon packs separately (sort of like Modder's Resources or Weapon Set Completion) so that people would'nt have to download the TR_DATA.esm file. Just a thought, I don't mind if not possible.The following creatures shouldn't be used in any other mod:

Well, our "license" is quite liberal; but turning our stuff into modders resources would be using the letter against the spirit. It's one thing to grab, say, a couple of monsters and a daedric statue, then a few weapons and armors, maybe do some retexturing, and then use that to create a unique little dungeon and release it.
It's another thing to split our work in tiny slices and then release them as-is...
I'm happy to hear that you like my warhammer I'd like to see it in the game as well, so why not make a quest around it? You can design one in a showcase thread, just post one in this forum: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewforum.php?f=203
We don't have a lot of people making quests right now, so having these items in the game would take some time. Personally, I'm not against releasing that warhammer in other mods (or something else that I've made, for that matter) as long as proper credit is given, but what I'd really like to see instead would be to see those items in TR instead.

I've recently designed (and will make) a quest that involves the Axe of Boethiah, sadly it;s a fake. As for Zeph's hammer (I remember when you were working on that and showing us on IRC over a year ago ). I haven't thought of anything yet, we need some good proper Nords I should think though!

Player finds a shrine to Hircine left undisturbed for centuries, Hircine gives three tasks, reward is hammer - Idea 1 (Doesn't have to be to Hircine, could be some other God, Nord god would be nice)
Player finds a Nord sort of like Umbra, but instead of simply fighting the Nord makes the player prove his worth. - Idea 2
Player finds hammer (but can't use it yet) and must take it on a pilgramage to some shrine or another where something happens and he is allowed. - Idea 3
If you've got any other ideas then post them.

EDIT: Thought of a name for it (if renaming is allowed): Anguish. And with the name came a god for a shrine: Sheogorath. at the moent it's a tie between those two, Hircine and Sheogorath. Also, I thoguh that when the player tries to pick up the hammer a dialogue box appears, telling the player why he cannot have it and so forth. Then, an atronarch or three appear behind the player, god says something about proving the player's worth with three tasks if he player really wants the hammer. After Atronarches are defeated then God gives another task, to retrieve something or other. One more task then, the hammer appears in the player's inventory. - it would be cool to have this done as the player exits the shrine.
AT some points I may need help with the scripts and such.
