Welcome to the project. A post like this is supposed to go in the showcase forum (I already moved it if you didn't notice).

Here is a link to the thread pertaining to reviewing: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewtopic.php?t=18034

As it says in the thread, you have to be a TR modder to become a reviewer so we will need to see a sample interior/exterior. (small island with a building would probably do the trick) If you have any more questions just post them here or send me a PM.

P.S. should you make an interior, please use a modular tileset. (no shacks please, or any other one piece interior)

REVIEW:
First Cell:
chest_small_01_tgbb is related to the theives guild quest where you go to pelagiad to do the thing with that guy... so uh... don't use it.
every chest on the table floats
light_com_candle_10_64 bleeds a little bit more than it needs to
com_closet_01 floats
both light_de_lamp_01_256 bleed too much
active_de_r_bed_20 bleeds slightly and does not have a pillow
com_chest_02 bleeds a lot
furn_com_r_chair_01 bleeds a little
furn_com_r_bookshelf_01_telvos sounds like it is related to a person, although I can't see how. (best just to use a rich book case
Also, why does your interior use lower to middle class style walls with rich furniture?
in_c_doorframe_01 is not properly set in the wall
Your lighting settings are way too bright

Basement:
both com_basket_01 float
both com_chest_01 bleed
com_sack_02 should bleed
all 4 light_de_lamp_01_200 float
in_c_plain_room_corner didn't line up right causing bleeding and caspering
GOOD LORD! DO YOU REALLY USE A GRIDSNAP OF 2?! I would DEFINITELY recommend using a higher value
the sacks at the top of your sack piles rest unrealisticly
crate_01_empty floats
in_com_trapbottom_01 doesn't properly fit into the cieling
crate_01_empty floats
Your lighting settings are way to bright
I believe your northmarker is pointed in the opposite direction it should be

Exterior:
Knowing nothing about exteriors all I can say is:
You lack vertex shading (I think)
you raise the land rather abruptly and do not even fully texture the land
many of your plants float
your flora is from mixed regions
the whole place seems kind of empty
your house has no door frame

OVERALL: It was rather empty, I know this is supposed to be a house mod, but it didn't feel like a house. it just felt like a building with a bed and places to put things

Fix these and I will look at it again (59 minutes to spare!)

I had a look at your plugin and saw the following things:
Your plugin is dirty, use a program called TESAME to clean it. You can find it here: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/utils Open it and then delete everything but TES3, objects you made and cells you changed.

The cottage:
the papers are floating, press f and then raise the a little bit,
you still use the thieves guild chest,
the mortar and pestle rests on a point, with these objects it is better to let them bleed. You can see on the side how much it should bleed,
the tapestry next to the bookcase floats half,
you can put a few bottles in the winerack,
the exquisite shirt floats,
the table bleeds a little,
You're mixing up rich, middle class and poor furniture. The chandelier is poor, the closet is middle class and the rest is rich. You can see that by looking at the colour of the wood. Also, if theres for example a _r_ in its name, the piece of furniture is rich. Middle class is m, poor is p. I'd make this interior middle class because it's a cottage.
The light arent right yet, just copy the settigs from a Peliagiad house, also check the "illegal to sleep here" button.

The basement
The chest_darius is quest related, change it to a different chest,
the left darius chest bleeds into an other darius chest,
change the gridsnap to 64 and then gridsnap it again,
rotate the baskets so they look natural,
the sack on the chest is another object resting on a point,
put some bottles in the winerack,
the same error as in the cootage with the lightning,

exterior:
it looks a bit bland, use some different textures and vertex shading,
Also place some more little plants and rocks in the exterior

This might seem a long list of errors, but you can learn everything i just mentioned. At least your cottage is well-cluttered now. Succes making it better!

Be patient. Ussually its a week or so before a busy reviewer can find time to look through your mod. I say good luck, but don't bump to often or people will start to think your impatient. Bump in a week if noone comes to you and if that is the case I might PM someone who can review your mod.

Greetings bmscout208, welcome to TR. Though Im technically not a reviewer, I looked over your interior and thought it was quite nice. I found a couple problems with it, but overall thought it was good. There are two basic rules for interior modding. 1)always use the snap grid and 2) remember what or who you're modding for. In this case, snap grid was not used though the pieces fit perfectly. Also, the majority of the interior is designed for a rich Imperial/Nord, though you use Dunmer items several times.

COTTAGE

no snap grid used
two pillows are floating
tapestry on S wall is bleeding and floating
bed is for Dunmer not Imperial
wine case is for middle Dunmer not rich Imperial
tapestry on E wall is floating
closet is wrong class
bookcase floating
3 small chests are floating
3 papers floating
3 candle lamps are for Dunmer not Imperial
chest floating
shoes floating
shirt floating
usually, rich Imp interiors will have stairs and not a trap door
apparatuses are floating

STYLISTIC

books should be stacked upright
use stairs instead of trap door

BASEMENT

lamps are for Dunmer not Imperial
winerack is for middle class Dunmer not Imperial
alot of floating

EXTERIOR

land too smooth
monotony with trees perhaps change angles more
"container mushrooms" are for the bitter coast region
needs more rocks
needs more plants

Not too many mistakes. I had these same problems when I first joined TR as well, namely floaters and lore correctness.

If your confused by dunmer or by imperial this explains it:
If an object/static/ref has de in it, it stands for dark elf.
If an object/ect. has com, it stands for common, or imperial.
If it has p in it, it is poor, pm, poor middle-class, m, middle-class, rm-rich middle class, r, rich.
Ussually a house would have only one of the combination (with some small exeptions), eg:
A house in Balmora could have de p in it. A dunmer who is doing pretty well for himself would have rm, maybe m or r.
A house in Caldera could have com pm in it. A manor in caldera would have com r in it.
Most of the time don't mix types. Never have de r and com p in the same house!
Snap grid is the button on the top which looks like this:
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
| | | | | |

Good luck on future work! :)

Edit: I can't get the above just right. The bottom line should be in line with the rest of it... Oh well.

If 2 is a bit small use 64. It locks the pieces in shape.

Well it's definitely getting better! :) As for the floating problems, I usually try to get a whole number when positioning, but sometimes the object will need you to position it with the decimals. So 58.000 will make it bleed but 59.000 wil make it float. In the end 58.300 is perfect. This is usually the case with ingredients, pieces of paper, silverware, I guess the small things.

active_com_bed_06 - floating
apparatus_a_alembic - floating
barrel_01 - floating
bk_alchemistsformul - floating
bk_biographybarenziah1 - bleeding
bk_OnMorrowind - bleeding
bk_vivecandmephala - floating
chest_small_01 - floating
chest_small_01 - floating

de_r_closet_01 - floating and should be replaced with com_drawers_01
exquisite_ring_02 - floating
exquisite_skirt_01 - floating
furn_com_r_bookshelf - floating
furn_com_r_chair_01 - floating
furn_de_rM_winerack - floating and should be replaced with furn_com_rm_winerack
furn_de_rug_big_06 - maybe replace with a TR_data rug
2 misc_uni_pillow_01 - need to be raised, they are inside the bed right now
light_com_lamp_02 - bleeding and floating
light_com_chandelier_01 - maybe replace with a richer chandelier
amulet of levitating - floating
ingred_stoneflower_petals - floating
ingred_resin - floating
2 ingred_black_anther_01 - floating
sc_paper plain - bleeding
in_c_stair_rich_tall_01 - not flush with other walls
couple floaters in basement
stylistic:
add more junk to bookshelf, you can resize the books to make them fit,

the reason it's doing that is because the snap grid is trying to position them in the correct grid position. Basically you built the cell between two gridlines, the snap grid is trying to place it on one of these lines. All add the new review as an edit to this.

Ok, you're almost there. Again pay close attention to floating objects. Also remember that the owner is rich so he wont have cheapy metal plates and he's Imperial so he won't have Elvish (De = Dunmer = Dark Elves) rugs.

apparatus_a_mortar - floating
bk_aedraanddaedra - floating
3 bk_BiographyBarenz - floating
bk_darkestdarkness - floating
bk_onoblivion - bleeding
bk_progressoftruth - floating
bk_WatersofOblivion - floating

furn_com_r_chair_01 - floating
furn_com_rm_winerack - floating
furn_de_rug_big_06 - replace with com
gold_005 - floating
ingred_black_anther - floating
ingred_black_anther - floating
light_com_rm_chand - bleeding
misc_beaker - floating
misc_com_bottle_12 - floating
misc_com_metal_goblet - floating and replace with silver
misc_com_metal_plate - floating and replace with silver
misc_com_plate_01 - floating
misc_com_silverware - floating
misc_com_silverware - floating
misc_com_tankard_01 - floating
misc_de_bowl_buddesign - replace with misc_com

and like 5 floaters in basement.

Also noteworthy, never include the TR_Map in your plugin, simply because the maps always change. Luckily I used TESDTK to remove dependency on TR_Map1.

No no no. ANY interior, wether de or com and no matter how rich, can have de rugs. Its one of the things which is named de but is universal. I'll show you a link to prove this and others just give me some time...

EDIT:
http://vernon.tamriel-rebuilt.org/tutorials/Vegor_Interiors_Tutorial.htm
Scroll down to the bottom. Everything else is other bits of the tutorial. Its in FINAL WORD B.

EDIT 2: This is also because there are no com rugs. And com interiors in the original game had de rugs.

You can press 'F' on the keyboard with an object selected and it will align itself with the nearest surface (down). Have a look at one of our toutorials, dragonflys are esspessially good.

I had a look at your showcase and saw the following things;

the silver candlestick bleeds slightly,
the mortar and pestle needs to bleed just a little more,
the papers float a little, with these things you have to press f twice and then raise the Z value by 0,1.
because of that, the ingredients are bleeding through the papers,
you chose the empty variants of the chests, to give it more variation and some colour please take different variants,
the two clothes are sticking out of the bed (these have no underside, so you have to be careful with them),
the beaker is bleeding through the bookshelf and the gold_5 as well,
three of the books are bleeding through the bookshelve,
the books are placed a little unrealistic, they need support to stand like that. To do that you can add a book end (which can be found in TR_data) or a pot next to them. They also need to support each other so they need to stand exactly next to each other or in an angle (this makes a bookshleve one of the hardest things to do),
the barrel is bleeding through the wall and the floor,
the crate is bleeding through the floor and the aack on it is floating,

Basement,
the chest are bleeding through the floor and please let them have different content,
please rotate one of the baskets so that they look more natural,
the basment isnt gridsnapped!,

That was all I could find and bleieve me, that isnt much. This would problably passed review in the mod. The only major errors are the gridsnap in the basement and the barrel. So continue ho you are doing now and you will be promoted very quick!
