NPC Gatherings?

You know what I like most for a mod idea or an idea for TR mods? The ability for you and the NPCs gather around the fire or at inns and share latest rumours and stories of the provinces while drinking beer and ales. Do you think it is possible?

Yes because it happens in TES III and TES IV vanilla games.

I think he means something like Morrowind Comes Alive, with travelling NPC's and the suchlike. I could be wrong though.

MCA is already on version 5.1 or something like that. Neoptolemus? has done a good job with that; I wouldn't want to include something in our mod that people already have or might not want to play with, when we can avoid it.
