See, I made this huge underground jail with like, 400+ Jail cells. But I have not put the prisoners and scripting in yet. :(

I would not recommend using that for a showcase. It is generally better to make something small with a modular tileselt. (like a house) so that, while still large enough for you to make any errors you might make, it isn't so large that fixing them is an arduous task.

Also, you don't have to script, and NPCs come long after interior creation.

NO sorry, I thought you were asking about the TR mod itself.
For a showcase you don't need something as uber as that.

Just take a small portion of your Jail Cell and upload it. That should be sufficient. Otherwise it would take forever for the reviewers to check everything over. Don't make any NPC's or scripting, unless you want to also do a NPC/Quest showcase. Just keep it small and of high quality.
