First Post: 1What computer to use? 2.About Tamerial Rebuilt

1a.This question only applys to people that have been able to get tamerial rebuilt content to work: What computer, processor, and version of morrowind are you using? regular or GOTY?

1b.Also it would be a great help if someone could suggest to me what 7z manager/installer they used?

2a.I joined the forms only yesterday and I must say that this group of modders if not only talented but hard working! The screen shots are amazing, great work! But I was wonering if any could brief me about the progress and how far the project has come and also how much left is there?

2b What kind of help is needed the most at this stage?
I know I have a lot of learning to do but I hope one day I may might be able to join the team. Right now the only I dont have much to offer but I have a long life ahead of me and plenty of time to learn.

Thanks

1) I think that everyone has been able to get TR Map 1 to work, except who is unable to install it. The mod runs on every computer just fine. Anyway, you need Morrowind GOTY edition: MW + TRB + BM.
2) Use 7Zip
3) Testers are great as well. ;) Progress: Map 1 final release is in the working, Map 2 is on the way to be released, the work is going fast on the other maps as well (especially 3 and 4 at the moment).
4)What would you like to do for Tamriel Rebuilt? Interiors, exteriors, quests, what? Just pick up the area you like more and upload your showcase in the showcase forum. Don't forget to read the showcase FAQs first (same page at the link I posted).

You know what's also popular? Enormous flying cities and ridable dragons. Maybe TR should invest in navigable ships and underwater cities.

1. Generally a Pentium 4 processor or better will be enough. 1 gigabyte of RAM is plenty, and most people have GoTY edition, or at least all the expansions. Any computer you buy nowadays should be able to handle Morrowind with no problem.
