Also, when i try to access modder downloads it says "the forum you selected does not exist" and wont let me in, why's this?

For Morrowind, all you need is the TR_Data.esm included with the public release. That has all the resources and stuff.

I am also curious where you would get the idea you need those files. We haven't used them for years and wherever you read about them needs to be edited and updated.
