Load Order?

Mkay, this isn't just for TR, but when I go to play a mod (I recently down;oaded Iliana's Elsweyr mod to check it out) none of the new objects show up, and all the textures are pink. I've had this problem before with stirk and the Shivering Isles. Is there some kind of correct fixed order that the folders, mods, and 7zip files need to be in in the Oblivion/Data folder? I rearranged stuff for the Stirk file and fixed it, but I'm not sure what order stuff needs to be in for other mods. Does anybody know?

The Eleswyr Anequina file at the TESNexus has an everything's pink help in the description. Of all the mods I've downloaded, including this, it's never happened to me. I'm pretty sure you have to install pack 2 files before pack 3 files.

Wow, I wasn't expecting a reply after so long.

But I finally figured out what was wrong. You have to move the models out of the folders first. It worked, so I'm good. Thanks for your help though.
