I installed the Tamriel Rebuilt, but the map is not appear

Folks, I need help, I installed the mod Tamriel Rebuilt, and did not appear any map, no ground. I've used the Morrowind Code Patch and the map has not yet appeared.

Have you installed both map 1 and map 2?

Sorry if this seems obvious, but did you actually go to the Data Files Menu and activate the .esm files associated with Tamriel Rebuilt?
