Hey guys, I'm new.
I thought I'd join you're project since I downloaded map 1 and 2 and I really enjoyed both of them, and I can help.
I study at the conservatory in Holland. It's a Songwriting/Composing/Production study and I figured that composing music and making sound design for your project would be a proper exercise for me and maybe a great help for you.
Unfortunatly, I don't have a lot of examples I can show you, since most video's I made music for are copyrighted, and the audio stuff is more pop/rock.
This is what I can show you:

It's not much, and certainly nothing usable for TR, but I can asure you, I can orchestrate and make classical music, and sound design as well.
If you want, I could make examples of a classical composition and sound design for a piece of film, but only if there's actually a demand for that kind of work (considering the time it takes to make these things).
Edit: Maybe I should also mention I know a lot about the ingame lore (though probably not so much as some of you guys) so I can help with text-, quest-, character- and general lore ideas. I also have some experience with the CS, so I could also give interior cells like random houses a personal touch. I'm not much of a scripter or a 3d designer at all, but I kinda know what's possible with the game engine. I might also do some concept art. It would require some practice with drawing and some means of scanning my art, but that's entirely possible.
I'd love to be part of the team, and I have no illusions about working in a team like this. I'm here to offer you a helping hand where it's needed, not to be in charge of the operation. I can't promise how much time I can dedicate to this project, but you'll have my full dedication if you require anything.
I'm a newby, what else can I say?

We could always use quest plans and ideas, though it most certainly helps to be familiar with all four of a) the lore of Morrowind, b) the gameplay style of Morrowind, c) the existing foundations of lands and peoples in our mod and d) the limitations of building a quest yourself in the CS.
If you want to help plan quests, let me know. The main thing there's always room for is misc quest planning, which gets a bit monotonous if you're doing it by yourself, and is also very easily made stand-alone. We also could really use some qualified quest planners!
If you want to help implement quests (which would help you understand how to plan the bigger questlines) then you'd need to know how to use the CS, you could throw up a simple questline in an .esp file for us to check out.
If you want to help with any other area of the project (mostly art, 3d modelling, interior and exterior world-construction in the CS) then you could demonstrate your skills in any of those areas too by posting a relevant file (so a piece of art, a model, a house .esp or an exterior worldspace .esp, respectively). We'd help you learn any of the above things in so far as we can.
Unfortunately we don't have that much need for music. Though, we are posting quite a few video trailers lately, so if you really want to do that you could speak to Cathartis or Haplo who normally post those, see if they'd appreciate any new musical accompaniments!
Ultimately, this mod should be a fun hobby! If there's something you want to do, and think it could usefully fit into our project, throw it out there and we'll see if we can use your skills. Do whatever's fun. Just remember that things we can usefully use are basically what I outlined above.

a man builds a city

a man melts the sand so he
can see the world outside
"They destroyed Morrowind? Fiddlesticks! Now we're going to have to rebuild it again!"

Thanks for the reply, I'll see if I can make an esp with a small lore-based quest.Bloodthirsty Crustacean wrote:[...]
About the sound department, isn't there a demand for sounddesign for creatures and other sound effects? If you're gonna make a lot of new creatures, you're gonna need some growls or whatever to make them come alive little. You know, "immersion" and all that..
I did take a look at the S&M claim page, but I don't think I get it. By the looks of it, it seems there are a lot of things unclaimed?
