Good avatar icon

Does anyone know somewhere where I can get a good avatar icon (if you look at mine you know why) I searched google images for hours advance and normal search but yet can't find anything good that is within the guildlines

find an image you like, and then cut it down/resize it to our guidelines using paint or some other basic image editing software.

Thanks but sometimes it the size as in the limit is K6 I can find right pixles just it might be 1 or 2 K too big

You can also upload it to image shack and use their automatic resize thingie to get it icon sized.
