Hey Neren, you know there are better places to ask these questions, right? Are you familiar with resources like UESP and, uhm, google? Here, I'll help you out! UESP has a ton of information regarding what's currently in our released files, even though sometimes their lists are incomplete. Also know that you can open our data files if you have downloaded our Sacred East release and take a look around for yourself.
This isn't much of a TR-related question, but you'll find and answer here: http://uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Level
Not right now. We'll see when we get there. http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=faq There are quite a few other province projects out there. Google "Province: Cyrodiil" and "Skyrim: Home of the Nords". Or, well, google "Morrowind Province Mod".
Yes, see our files or http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Tamriel_Rebuilt/Spells
A question I can answer! Yes, the project will have more quests. They'll be a bit bigger in scope than the vanilla quests, too.
We do add quite a few new creatures. An extensive list can be found at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Tamriel_Rebuilt/Creatures or by looking in our data files. Not all of those are used though, and quite a few are up for replacement. We've also added a few more, like the Velk, and are looking to add some more friendly creatures for the mountain regions.
We're not powergamers, so I don't know and I frankly don't care beyond a balance perspective. It all depends on how you play. Try googling for a list of weapons. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Tamriel_Rebuilt/Weapons comes to mind.
 http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Souls
Again, this is such a general question you're probably better off googling it. No, you can't enchant ammunition in the vanilla game, but if you use the Morrowind Code Patch you can.
Probably. Go ahead and try it for yourself, I'd say. We have no plans to implement sieges (yet).
 Yes, google "Chimer".
I hope this helps. Please do look around UESP, it has a ton of information. If you can stomach the more lore-heavy stuff, also head over to http://imperial-library.info/
