Possible to unbind .esp from .esm?

I am cleaning the HELLUVE weapon mod pack and don't need the .esm anymore. Is there a way to unbind the .esp from the .esm?

It is possible to remove .esm dependencies with a tool called TESDTK. You can download it [url=http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/utils]here[/url].
