Will we see Vodunius Nuccius from Seyda Neen in Narsis?

Will we see the character beginning ship from Seyda Neen in anywhere?

This isn't decided yet. I'd say "maybe" (I have a quest plan that involves him, but don't count take this as an announcement).

I can almost (almost) guarantee you'll see Nuccius again

As for the prison ship, its doubtful, but who knows? Maybe the Cyrodiil province mod will have it
