Is this book written with grammatical errors and missing parts deliberately? Or is it not finished?
Books have the titles centered, at least in all the ones I've come across.
This one doesn't. Screenshot
It just looks unfinished. The first joke isn't even answered.

The book is actually from the official Entertainers plug-in so its contents can be blamed on Bethesda. I agree that the title could be centered for a more pleasing aesthetic, but otherwise I'd leave Bethesda's stuff as it is.
And personally I don't think the first question really needs to be answered.

Mayhaps because it allows us to place the item without needlessly loading up a superfluous .esp every time we want to place the book.

Based solely off its title, I always assumed this book had some kind of terrible time travel plot about someone literally becoming their own grandpa. It says a lot that this would actually be more interesting than what this lame book is actually about. I'm glad we're excising it.
