Lighthouse near Teyn, to be merged into NPC claim 4-14. The ext cell is -4, -12.

This is the "Mainland counterpart" of the infamous Seyda Neen lighthouse, but try not make it toooo similar. Try to use some TR books (no rare ones).

"Exact" coordinates are anything but.
