[Quest Idea] - Indoril - Molag Bal Worshipper

Working title, couldn't really think of anything.

There is an area in the Lan Orethan region with a group of farmers' houses next to the Thalotheran Manor. They are:

Soramil and Rothera Galdavo's House
Delos Deralin's House
Galam and Mothra Telas' House
Areno Varo's House
Ranis Arthyn's House
Vlars Manor

The Indoril questgiver has learned from a trusted source in this region that Soramil is a Mephalan cultist. The player will be given directions to the area to carry out justice.

(optional) Asking around about Soramil, farmers will say that he & his wife are an odd couple, neighbor heard strange incantations/noises coming from the house, he's not forthcoming about his background, filthy outlanders marrying our ash-skinned women, etc.

When confronted, Soramil will deny these allegations entirely. However, if the player searches their home, s/he will find [url=http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:The_Book_of_Daedra]The Book of Daedra[/url] or some book about Molag Bal if available. The player then confronts Soramil about this and he explains that he is a former member of the Mages' guild and has kept the text purely for scholarly reasons, and that he definitely does not worship Molag Bal.

The player can either believe his story or assume he's being deceitful and attack. I'm unsure of what the questgiver's reaction would be to either decision. I'd think that the correct reaction would be not to attack, considering Molag Bal cultists are usually the opposite of surreptitious. But the questgiver might have other ideas.
