Claiming! (if it is ultimately ok with rot) This will be a recently populated smuggler's cave. The inhabitants have so far only explored the easily accessible sections; however, they have not yet discovered an old underwater tunnel. This one may have some pretty good loot, though nothing over the top.

Comments OK cave. A bit sparse. I would have added some more food crates/eating utensils (bowls, forks, etc) – basic day-to-day stuff that these guys might have brought with them. Or provided more detailed about what they are smuggling (skooma / dwemer artifacts / or something else).

Final Review
I'm in Thirr River Valley 11,-21 and I cannot find the exterior door location. I'm using TR_Alpha v14.08. Is it missing from this alpha version?
-Rotated Furn_De_Firepit_01 to hide one of the caspering rocks
-Rotated kollop_02
-Gave health to Iron sparksword
-Added a little more clutter to make areas look like people are camping here
I'm guessing these guys are just smuggling stolen goods from a nearby city, possibly Old Ebonheart. This cave doesn't quite match RyanS's description since there isn't any good loot in the underwater tunnel... perhaps the smugglers discovered it after all?

Well, as of Seneca's file, there are two enchanted ebony arrows and a demon longbow, or something like that. Wow, I missed those while reviewing; how embarrassing. Edited my previous post to contain the updated reviewed file. The water level outside is a bit higher that inside the cave, but is not an issue.
