Spell Scrolls in other provinces
At SHOTN we have made up a couple of nord-themed spell scrolls. But we do not know for sure, if the daedric font is appropriate for them.
Is the daedric font actually Dunmeri or is it a general way of writing down invocations? The font also appears in TES IV and Battlespire, but I do not consider these two 100% binding on that matter.
We would like to handle this in a way that makes as much sense as possible in the context of TR's Morrowind.

As I understand it Daedric writing would probably be fairly universal for scrolls, as Daedra are heavily tied in to ES magic, witchcraft and esoteric. However, I would consider using a slightly different Daedric font, along the lines of this page. Basically a few letters would be slightly different from their Vvardenfell equivalents, and the overall aesthetic of the letters could also be different. (eg. more angular).
I suppose using the dragon alphabet might be an alternative for Nords, but that tends to specifically be associated with the Thu'um.

Meh, it sucks a bit that the Daedric alphabet is so loosely defined in its function and use. I would have preferred to see it as the Dunmer Alphabet (thus going with an own Alphabet for nordic spell scrolls), but it would probably contradict almost any other TES-sequel. So you are probably right on that.
Thankyou all for your input. I think we may try to create that runic variant of the daedric alphabet.
Maybe this alphabet could even have a couple of letters completely different from daedric like Nord shamans have adopted symbols from various sources into their way of writing the invocations.
and later the mages of the winterhold academy could have turned the shamanic scribblings into a local standard way of writing on scrolls now widely used in the province.

Here is what I came up with, if you are interested:

I know that the font lacks some detail. I mostly want to show off the idea and ask for feedback.

Looks great, Worsas!
I like the simplicity of it, it looks properly sinister and ancient. Very witching.
Just a connected idea here, although this is not really within the scope of TR: runes carved into bones or pieces of wood are mentioned in several viking sagas (also, there have been findings of rune-carved animal bones here and there), where they are used for casting spells/removing and casting curses.
Although I loathe the idea of nords simply being fantasy vikings, I find this concept far enough outside of the scope of the popular idea of vikings to fit very well into TES3/PGE1-style Tamriel: Spell-bones, functioning in the same way as scrolls.
I don't know how doable this would be, just tossing out an idea.

Really excellent work, Worsas. The simplicity and the lack of too much detail is rather becoming. I like how the Nords have replaced some of the Daedric alphabets with runes of their own design; I imagine that's how it would work 'in real life', so to speak.
You should make a .dds version of each of the letters and place them in the BookArt file so that you can arrange them in the Construction Set and actually spell out words. (I am under the impression that adding new fonts to Morrowind is impossible without replacing one of the existing ones -- though OpenMW will probably fix this in time).
Should there be an instance where TR needed these runes, may we please use them as well?

I like the aesthetic, but there are a few technical aspects worth considering:
-Your runes have both vertical and horizontal lines. That would cause problems when carving the runes into certain materials like wood, as some of the lines would be hidden by the grain, or might even split the grain, damaging the writing surface.
-If the writing is actually going to be used for books and scrolls, one would expect to see a more rounded cursive variant of the script, much as in this manuscript.
As I got inspired by this thread, I tried my hand at my own runic versions of the Daedric script. In my case I tried to keep to the original alphabet as closely as possible:

You'll see that I made two variants. The first lacks horizontal lines, and the grain of the writing surface would run horizontally. The second lacks vertical lines, and the grain would run vertically. (I personally think the second one worked out a lot better).
Below each set of runes is the cursive version. These ended up looking surprisingly similar to Wormgod's Daedric alphabet (inset), even though I did not actually use it as a base.

Hmm.. your alphabet looks better.. But not quite like something I would like to see employed in our spell scrolls. Your letters could just aswell be some handwritten notes in daedric that simply turned out to be more strokey.
In general, our alphabets are much too filigran.
Edit: I agree on the design flaws you pointed out about my alphabet.

A new alphabet, based on my first version and gnomes input:
