Anyone who has read Sload's Great House Brainstorming Pdfs is probably aware that the ranks he has proposed for each House are completely different from the current ones available in TR_Date. I think we should agree on and implement these new ranks for House Indoril and House Hlaalu before commencing with further major NPCing in their lands. It will save us the trouble of having to reassign proper ranks to NPCs in the future.
The current ranks from the Brainstorming threads (please let us know if any of these are outdated, Sload):
House Hlaalu
Chancellor
Head of the Hlaalu Council Company & leader of the House in general.
Council Elector
Sit on the Hlaalu Council
House Peer
The peers are the highest rank of House Hlaalu, nobles essentially.
Gnostic Officer
A secret rank, with secret knowledge (related to the Hlaalu's big secret)
House Officer
An officer of the Company
Bonded Agent
Bonded to the Company, a permanent part of the bureaucratic structure of the Hlaalu.
House Contractor
A contractor for the House Hlaalu Council Company.
Tradesman
A House Hlaalu member who has taken up a trade for themselves & is financial independent.
Kinsman
An initiated member of House Hlaalu
Oathman
Taken an oath to serve House Hlaalu exclusively.

Grand Ascendant
Leader of House Indoril, basically guaranteed sainthood.
Seneschal of the House
Adviser to the Grand Ascendant on matters of the House, co-equal with two other advisers: the Alma Rula, who is master of the Temple, and the Seneschal of the City, who oversees Almalexia.
Illuminated Elder
To serve on the council, a Lay Elder must be approved by the Temple in rite called Illumination
Lay Elder
Lay Elders are distinguished Divine Elders, who are priests of the Temple.
Concordant Minister
Recognized for their skilled maintenance of order, especially through execution of a House War.
Accorder
Advanced and successful participant in a House War.
Partisan
Creedman who has taken up arms in a House War.
Creedman
Lowest rank of nobility, has affirmed Delyn's Creed
Kinsman
An initiated member of House Indoril
Oathman
Taken an oath to serve House Indoril exclusively.
