I had an idea for a mod a while back that allows you to travel to all the planes of oblivion in Morrowind. It's just an idea, though, I haven't done anything about.

Ideas:

My first idea was Moonshadow, the realm of Azura. When you enter you would be half blinded, but you'd still be able to see the beautiful city of silver and the rose palace.

Another one is the Deadlands. Mehrunes Dagon watches over the blackened islands in the middle of an ocean of molten rock, as you defeat deadly daedra and walk up massive twisting towers that are as black as night.

Again, it's just an idea I had. It would be a lot of work for each plane, though not ever one, of course, ones that we have information on. Thanks!

It sounds like a very cool idea, but realistically each plain would be like a mini province mod in and of itself. So many new models. But it would be spectacular if done well.
