[Quest Idea] - Misc. - The Intangible Tangled Rope

On the streets of a Hlaalu town, a Dunmer is running a game. He challenges people to untie a rope that no man or mer has ever untangled. The player can pay gold to try.

The player will find the rope indeed impossibly tangled. A player with a low skillset will just pay and move on. However, some skill checks can alter the outcome:

Strength: The player can tear the rope apart with his/her bare hands, to the Dunmer's dismay. What a bully.

Intelligence: The player will notice that the rope is tied in an impossible shape, like a [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penrose_triangle]Penrose triangle[/url]. Strange magic must be afoot.

Illusion: The player will immediately notice that the rope has an Illusion enchantment.

Based on the Intelligence/Illusion check, the player can call out the Dunmer, who will offer gold for silence.

However, if the player has a high enough Enchant skill, s/he will be able to remove the rope's enchantment, effectively removing the poor Dunmer's only source of income.

At which point the quest should conclude and the Dunmer should attack the player at some unspecified point in the future while on the road, for ruining his life. Maybe just outside town?
