Tribunal Temple â€â€￾ A temple that serves the Dunmer townsfolk living outside the Almas Thirr canton. Small and understaffed. One central sermon hall and a few connecting chambers. Though the priests here provide for the poor, they probably shouldn't offer many services to the player, since the town has an overabundance of them already. Include a school room where priests offer free education to commoners.

Right, I had meant to ask this in the Interior Claim Proposal Thread but forgot: why should this Temple be understaffed? It is located in an important Temple stronghold; one would think it would be very well attended to.

Is the intention to show that the Temple is starting to forget to care for the people of Morrowind as it focuses on rooting out heresy?

It's not a very important question either way, of course, but might be of interest to potential claimants.

In general, the intention is to show that the Temple officials are being pulled in too many directions -- mediating between the Indoril and Hlaalu and regulating passing ships on the Thirr, while also fretting about the theological divisions within the Temple -- to adequately attend to their more philanthropic priestly duties.

I'd like to claim this. Poorer-looking temple, stocked with some cheap potions and food for the poor. Some standard temple books in the school room that the priests can give away to the most promising students. The rest I'll make up as I mod.

I can't seem to find the files with the right canalworks interior though, could someone help me with that?

Update. Most of the work on the front area (to the left and to the right of the entrance) is done. There are two beds for the priests in the back area, but only one lives and works here *khmunderstaffedkhm*, mixing potions to help the poor whenever he/she can. The back area also acts as a messy storage for the food the priest/ess gives away to the needy.
