Eh?

I said we should have only one soundtrack, following the same theme and the same style. The soundtrack we make should hold the same style. That is, the same kind of instrument samples etc.

And I believe we should put our trust in Dragonfly for this task. He showed he can create great music when he did the TR theme music, and he has promised to return and make more work in the beginning of spring ;)

Agreed, Dragonfly's intro song is great, but I think this Jon guy on that last link, his version of nite3 is awesome, just like it was in daggerfall... either that or maybe get Dragonfly to cover it too.... also, some festive tavern music should be included as well

Half-way agreed, The same style would be good and all that but I see no reason we cant use different kind of music for different provinces, or use the daggerfall music :D

Different music for different provinces would be no problem to fix. That's just cool ;)

I am using a sort of medieval tavern song for my slideshow thing...it's really cool, its morrowindish, but with a new twist to it.

Yea, different provinces should have slightly different songs, like Hammerfell -> more persian style music

Black Marsh -> sorta percussion and bleaker music

I think mostly it should sound the same, except when cultures are very different as in those cases, and even then keep the songs in the same general scheme

I say we use the Daggerfall music for the Illiac Bay area, of course. :) I never played much of that game, but what I did play was really cool. I guess we could also use some of the tracks before that, but I would at least wait until Skyrim, where the out-of-Morrowind feel will be very strong.
