According to TIL's timeline, Vivec saves Almalexia and Sotha Sil in a battle between two ash vampires. However, I distinctly remember Almalexia saying she hasn't seen Seht in at least a millenia, ever since he disappeared to his clockwork city.

What gives?

Or, in telling/writing this, Vekh does what he does best - deceive, lie, and make himself apear greater than he is.
