Ald Tearoth - claims 4-20, 4-19 and 4-17 cooperation

Post by Hermit »

Okay, here's the deal. Since our last thread kinda got grounded, I'm creating a new one. This thread will contain my and Cep's updates on the claims mentioned in the title.

Here's some images of my claim.

those lights look quite... crap. delete a few in random spots and make them more disorganised (like uneven spacing, slight rotations), and it will be much more believable.
BTW, I simply love the town and monastery.

i agree wiv woot bout the lights oh and in that town placed around the mountain place, you should probably alternate the buildings you use. Like down in the bottom of the pic. Youve used the same house model heaps of times and it looks sorta like a prefabricated housing block.
but otherwise sweet.

Yes, this is still being worked on. But, due to my duties as a core member and my other claims, I am not as fast as I would like. But I AM working on it. Okay?

Not much to be heard of this claim, lately.
Since i've got quite a long border with you on 4-40 maybe you could post some beta-version of what you've achieved so far.
Kingfish made a good point in suggesting to me to do likewise.
IMHO this should be custom behavior, it's better that screenshots for the fine tuning of landheight and overall style....allthough I really enjoy showing off with my marvelous unprecedented screenshots, myself.

Actually, Feored, I'm the one in charge of those three claims at the moment. Herm and I agreed on this so he could have more time with his other tasks. And the file he gave me is a bit buggy ( land heights problems, every cell surrounding the claims is deleted when the AT claims and map4 are loaded all together ). I'm not done with the cleaning of the .esp yet, so it wouldn't be nice of me to send it to you. Still I can tell you that the three cells that border your claim weren't worked a lot yet. They are mostly flat, horizotal border in all three cells at a height of 400~430 ... That should be enough for you to go on working. Screen attached. Feel free to mod as you want, as I guess you will finish you claim before I'm done with those 3 claims. I'll match my borders to yours.

:)
