Akavir Races: Are they going to be playable races in TR?
I have two questions:
1. Are some of the Akavir races going to be playable? Like the golden snake race?
2. Do you want me to stay on TR? Honestly.
Oh, I am halfway done with my interior.

no they wont be playable, as making tsaeci playable would be near impossible. I think what we could do is use argonian animations and have a special long tail, but no legs at all - this is the only way i can think to make them NPCs. Also, their faces are half-human - they are almost like "snake centaurs", if you can imagine. The othwer akaviri races are so rare in tamriel that we probably wont even make them.

1) From what Ive heard, the Snake race will not be playable but will be included.
2) Of course! Every member is valuable to TR except the ones that never post or the n00bs that claim something but dissappear forever.
@sirw00t: The snake race look just like golden scaled humans from what Ive heard though I could be wrong.

1. Well I just really like the concept art for the snake race, and thats one of the reasons why I wanted to see if we could put it in.
2.Thanks Arthmodeus, I feel now like I can keep going.
To Arthmodeus: That would be terrible if they look human. They should look snakish, like they say in some books.

They are certainly more snake than human. They basically look like snakes with human torsos, and slightly human faces (as in, not just a snake head). Also, they are vampires.

Well to answer your question about the oriental face, I don't like the face. The concept art was what I was aiming for. No offense to the oriental face, maybe they could lose the nose, get bright green eyes, and eat some pie.

That's what I imagined (since this is all opinion and conjecture anyway). My assumption is that they must look at least reasonably human in the face, because who would stand for a strictly beastial Emperor?sirwootalot123 wrote:They are certainly more snake than human. The vampire thing I think is a misunderstanding -- being snakelike, they probably have exaggerated fangs, traditionaly associated with vampires. That, and snakes are, universally, carnivores.
The concept art is extremely bad ass, though.
I have kleptomania, but when it gets really bad, I take something for it.

And that is completely correct. Mmm...pie.The vampire thing I think is a misunderstanding -- being snakelike, they probably have exaggerated fangs, traditionaly associated with vampires. That, and snakes are, universally, carnivores.
Should there be a rule on TR's stance on Akavir races?
