a) TESAME / editor:
#1-Shack (Neommaeor).esp:
Many GMST references.
References to various statics, containers, potions, keys, Seyda Neen. Needs to be cleaned
Key_TR_SE_NE01 should be named TR_SE_Key_NE01 instead.
#5-Tavern (Neommaeor).esp:
References to various lights, containers, doors.
key_SE_Neommaeor_Thieves should be named TR_SE_key_neom_thieves (or some such similiar name).
#6-Shack (Neommaeor).esp
Many GMST references.
One reference to furn_de_minercave_grill_01. Less dirty than others (except GMSTs of course).
b)
#1-Looks ok.
#5-Interior fits exterior. The only strange thing is that the lower level is placed at the same z-coordinate as the upper level (and are connected by a trap-door). I would have put the lower level below the upper level (even if i were to do a trap door).
#6- Looks ok.
c) There were no problems during loading.

a) Did you have any difficulties at all while loading the plug-in in-game?
b) Does it have any inconsistencies? Is anything looking out of place?

-misc_com_wood_cup_01 shouldn't be in this interior.
-the knife on the table is floating.
-the table bleeds into the floor
-misc_com_tankard_01 should be a de_tankard.
-lower leaning barrel bleeds into floor.
-upper leaning barrel bleeds into the barrels it is resting on.
-the outside upright barrel is floating.
-Illegal to sleep here box not checked.

Bottom level (bedroom):
-There are no pillows.
-the crate bleeds into the wall.
-5 common chests shouldn't be in this interior.
-de_r table shouldn't be used with de_p chairs.
-I would replace the candles behind the tapestries with some light_de_lamp_05 lights.
-No lockpicks or probes in a thieve's guild?
upper level (tavern):
-the end furn_com_bar bleeds into the wall
-furn_com_bar is used (furn_de_bar should be used instead).
-com_cupboards don't belong in this type of interior.
-misc_com_wood_cup_01 shouldn't be in this interior.
-furn_com_rm_table_03 shouldn't be here.
-furn_de_r_bench should be a furn_de_p bench. de_r_winerack might look better as de_winerack (the de_p type winerack).
-com_lanterns should be replaced with de_lanterns.
-Illegal to sleep here box not checked.

-The rope is sticking through the posts on the weapon-rack.
-The weapons (especially the daggers and spears) are placed strangely on the weaponrack (they are just hanging by poking into a rope or pole).
-There are two Light_Com_Candle_11_77 and one light_com_candle_02 in this room. They shouldn't be there.
-misc_com_wood_cup_01 shouldn't be in this interior.
-Two fires, two lanterns and a candle is too much light for one side of the room.
-both furn_de_shack_hook bleed into wall.
-spoon and fork on table are floating.
-The weapon crates are bleeding into the floor.
-The upside-down stool on the table is bleeding into the table.
-"I have master armorer's hammers and can make bonemold in high quantities but all I can do is chitin weapons?" To fix this I would do one of the following: Switch up chitin weapons with some iron or steel. Switch up some of the bonemold with chitin armor. Switch up one or more of the master's hammers with journeyman's hammers.
-It was difficult for me to walk around in the room (the central stools and tables don't leave enough room to walk around easily (with the hammock and firepit where they are).
-Illegal to sleep here box not checked.
c) I would give this claim a rating of 6.
3) When I am in the game the overall feel of the interiors is quite good. There are some floating/bleeding errors (they're minor really) as well as some mis-matched furniture, lights, and objects. With a bit of touch-up, this should be included.

Key name should be TR_SE_key_NE01
Stacked barrel needs to be slighlty rotated (x=270.3) and raised so that it is not bleeding
Sack behind barrels is hovering
Lamp bleeds into rope and needs to be moved to hang from lowest point of rope.
Key needs to touch edge of mug
Base of fishing pole should be up against edge of bucket
Leftmost barrel on bottom of stack floats a bit (though I could not notice this in game)
#5 Tavern
Upstairs:
Imperial style lamps need replacement with dunmer ones
Tipped wooden cups not balanced right- stem should touch table/floor
Ivy on planter needs to shrunk to 1/2 size
Use the _de bar instead of the _com one
Key name should be TR_SE_Key_Neommaeor_Thieves
Use de tables instead of com
Downstairs:
barrel on crate with torch above it looks rather odd
Beds need pillows
Chests non dunmer
A little bare
(Since it IS a thieves' guild - the non-dunmer item restrictions may not apply- what say you sniper?)

Bonemold helms standing on edge
Crates too obviously sunk into ground, raise a bit, perhaps stick a board under them to keep them level
Clipping on right hammock ring odd, move hammock left a tiny bit
Hanging baskets look strange:
Baskets themselves should hang more (rotate)
Hooks need to be stuck further in the wall
Contents would require great care to balance them in the positions they are now
Weapon rack interesting idea but doesn't work, only spears would stay in place, bows hovering above rope, lamps look funny, etc. use something else
Left pauldron hovers off table a bit
Stool bleeds into table too obviously, mvoe slightly
Rating: 6
Evidences creativity, but too many mistakes overall to be accepted without some reworking
