okay... im a little delirious from staying up all night...

but that problem about charecters being headless that you said you had with your game... you should fix that... try reinstalling your morrowind, and always clean a plugin before you install it.

Up in the air. It could take a hell of a long time, or might get done quicker than expected. There are many factors affecting these things. Some think that Morrwind will be finished within the year. Others say it will be finished when it is finished. I think that is a good way to look at it.

You won't be able to get to it by boat (yet). We cannot build the maps around Vvardenfell in a way that affects the original work done by Bethesda.

Gooblecakes is right, but if you don't know how to clean a savegame, ^ wouldn't help much. Try using a new savegame.
