Who is the High King of Alinor? - His name I mean...

I recently went back to my Altmeri version of the Pocket Guide - I will finish it off this time I swear! LOL

Anyway I need to know if there is an official name for the High King of Alinor as of Tiber Septim's time (i.e. during the Aldmeri Dominion at the begining of the 3rd Era). I'm pretty sure there isn't an official name so any ideas? This is quite an important person so I thought I shouldn't just make up a name like High King Bob. ;)

Actually he's the head of the Altmeri pantheon and an Aedric god (Akatosh). What's more he ascended to heaven in view of his followers Jesus stylee, so I don't see how he can be the King of the Altmer.
