This claim is in House Redoran territory. Its size is 9 cells.

I think I'll include a small Redoran fort at the central mountain-pass overlooking the road on both sides but more defiant versus the Hlaalu-District to the east.
The mountains will be Westgash and no higher than 10k, the eastern plains and forests I'll keep in grazeland-style. I'll hide a daedric ruin in the eastern forest. Maybe a desolate village will fit in somewhere in the mountains as well.

No fort please, these cells are right inbetween two redoran cities, the amount of housing in these areas are already too high
