(As it's likely this quest name is already in use, could also consider "All Chiefs but No Soldiers", as a play on the phrase "too many chiefs and not enough Indians".)
I'd like to donate 2 assets that were scrapped from Project Tamriel flora sets. I call them "side effect" creations as they are a result of texture set up experiment. In my opinion they both have a swampy feeling and might be useful for you. Feel free to debate and suggesting.
Three quests meant to get you into the faction and let you travel to the other forts to accept quest. Naturally high level quests will be included at the very high end once the TR bureaucracy determines the OE bureaucracy :)
This is a testing plugin to facilitate fast testing of quests and dialogue. This should be used in conjunction with the morrowind.ini startingcell edit.
This plugin will give you:
500 speed godmode 100 longblade a daedric katana 1000 health every generic dialogue topic
Making edits to the script is easy, I believe its called mort_quick and you can edit the starting speed to 3000, tcl, join a faction, anything that'll make testing easier.
This is now part of the census detailing claim, this page will no longer be updated -----------------------------
In the Census and Excise building in OE they're making a colored map of the world using tiny colored tiles. They found the ancient map many years ago, but it only had Vvardenfell, Solstheim, and a bit of Almalexia completed. They need you to fetch some tiles from a vendor in town. When you bring back the colors they asked for, they've changed their mind and want completely different colored tiles.
A grotto accessed through the town well or sewers; should be mostly underwater, with an above-water space for an NPC to stand near the end. This may have ruins of the OLD Old Ebonheart from when it was a Dunmer city and may also contain careful references to ESO's timeline.
