Not sure if it’s a bug and how you did it (you can’t change scale of a light in CS) but In Mzankh, Haals of Reason lights TR_m2_dwrv_Neon256 have scale of 0.9.
The UVmapping of the sleeves and robe section of the model tr_c_neco_robe.nif are oddly smeared. The texture doesn’t help, but the UV mapping is the main issue. It does also need a new texture to go along with the new UV.

Looks very good. If this all works we have to fix a default layout which testers use for their entries, to make it easier for modders to find and fix issues. Let me give an example for a random bug in the bug reporting thread. Obviously it doesn't have to be this detailed, but you get the picture.
