Third son of a wealthy noble in Cyrodiil.

Expects the world of catter to him.

Behaves like a typical obnoxious rich kid.

Father actually helped him on his quest to see all of Tamriel just to get him away from the rest of the family because he was seen as an embarrasment. Cyrollius doesn't realize this.

As a family ship his father lent him along with a small group of servants.

Has very little in the way of patience for other cultures than his own despite wanting to see the rest of Tamriel.

Is convinced that his father has far more power and pull than he truely does and therefore will often try to throw that weight around.

Believes he is also a very popular writer despite very few people actually reading his journels or even knowing who he is.

Wants to "see Tamriel" despite rarely leaving cities and ports and explore the world.

Not a total idiot, but rather foolish and unable to see the world through any other lens.

Actually a bit of a sad story of a young man whos family didn't much care for him so they just let him wonder the world with little care for what happens to him.

His haughty attitude often means people don't like him and treat him poorly. He has very few people he can call friends.

Often writes in a way that seems like angry Yelp reviews of various cities and locations.
