This was an intended (and approved) re-write of the Metamorphosis book in 2021, to change it into a book based on Direnni writings, and was to my knowledge not implemented yet.

A decision should be made whether to replace the book with this book, or to give this book a new title.

This is a bundle of High Rock and Breton-related literature from vanilla and TD, re-ID'd for HR427 with the HR book covers. Besides the faction charters listed below and a small number of capitalization/formatting fixes, there are no changes made to book texts - this only needs an asset review (not a lit review).

A treatise that explains the unique facets of Telvanni spellcasting, written by Marcus Artoria (a fringe Cyrodiil scholar on Telvanni magical innovations who's currently holed up in Port Telvannis's undercity). A fairly uncommon tome, mostly intended for outlanders interested in arcane scholarship, but that doesn’t totally prevent it from being in dunmer ints.
