This contains a new book item (actually 48 items: T_News_AbMonitor_01 to T_News_AbMonitor_48) with the pc\m\pc_text_note_anv_news.nif model (retextured Ebonheat Bellman), the pc\m\pc_text_note_anv_news.dds icon and the bookart\PC\pc_abmonitor.dds.
Aurorae that will essentially be placed in a manner similar to that of the moons, between the day/weather sky mesh and the night sky mesh. This will naturally be achieved using MWSE through a means that I may or may not have already devised. An exported NIF file of the sky box(es) as they exist in-game is attached as a reference for the shape and size of the aurorae; they must be outside of (though close to) the sky_clouds_01 NiTriShape.
I used the empire wax seal as a base, considering changing the border decoration to make it a bit more distinct compared to the navy and empire wax seals
