The Eldale head is now deprecated (and re-created as head 22). This fixes the deprecation cube it left Eldale left (this is the critical part)

But I also took the opportunity of spreading the assets around, so I've changed the head, hair, or both of many Altmer throughout previously released areas. Since that meant editing them, I also fixed other issues I found with them - hlaalu robes on telvannis, doubled slave bracers, a high-level battlemage without a weapon etc..

I also noticed how Galdalior, very annoyingly, had his ID as TR_S_m2 instead of TR_m2_S, so I've fixed that and double-checked that the quests involving him never use his ID.

For your convenience, I'm attaching a second .esp to be merged after the main bugfix that gets rid of the old ID. I did a test merge with both to make sure his dialogue and placement are correct afterwards.
