The book with the ID listed above is titled "Morrowind History: Andothren" when I highlight over it. However when I open the book it is titled "Morrowind Historia: Stonefall" (and contains the content for the later).
I found the book in the Firewatch Library.

Stonefalls is just the name
Stonefalls is just the name for Andothren in Arena, so it's a typo and not a completely different book from what the title suggests.
