Since Hlerynhul wasn't in the same section as Shipal-Shin back then, the guar cart fast travel to Shipal-Sharai wasn't hooked up. Now it is. No return yet, as Shipal-Sharai doesn't have NPCs, but with the travel marker now showing up there we have an easy reminder for when it gets NPCed.
