I was looking through TR_Narsis.ESM earlier, when I spotted an npc named Cirges Caria, who owns a general goods store in the market quarter.  His name is used both on his npc, and on his store banner.  This name is very obviously either namegenned, or had been kludged together by glancing at the uesp names page and only drawing from npcs in morrowind.  While this is a valid way to make a name for Dunmer, who have a glut of source material, it creates repetitive or derivative names for races like bretons, who have a very small body of source material to draw from.  I'd recommend shifting the name a bit, possibly to something like Herges Carillien.
