Description:
The FG guidhall in Narsis has a main room covered by a big dome. Using the round ledges and rails instead of the conventional 90º ones will look better and make the domed ceiling more visually striking.
The file provided also deleted a T_Com_Var_RopeStraight_01 I randomly found floating in the void.

Saw the ping, but I'm timeouted in Discord atm. Merge order with the FG questline doesn't matter, none of the two questlines edit the FG interior.
