Differently from Morrowind, in OpenMW it's not possible to open an account at the Briricca Private Bank in Old Ebonheart.
In Morrowind the text "an account" is highlighted and clickable, whereas it isn't in OpenMW.

- Script T_ScBank_Bri_CurrentBank modified in TR_Mainland to temporarily fix https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/bugtracker/not-possible-open-account-bri... . This is only a stopgap; the fix needs to be done in Tamriel_Data, after which the edit in TR_Mainland should be retracted. DO NOT CLOSE THE TICKET!
