The siltstrider in Tel Ouada says he can take me to Bal Oyra when I ask about destination, but in the travel menu Bal Oyra is not there.

Apparently some dialogue was overlooked. I'll take a look at it.
The travel option working as
The travel option working as intended (Bal Oyra is supposed to be more isolated from the Telvanni), so I changed the dialogue.
