Static persistent unique chargen_plank used instead of ex_ship_plank in Narsis

Objects marked as persistent are usually meant to be unique else script commands referring to them may fail.

The fact tha Beth did the same error in Bloodmoon does not need to be replicated (also it makes it very “noob/in a rush cutting-chargen-stuff” like).
