I have casted calm humanoid spell on Alfhed, but after talking to Rianele I’ve got journal entry that goes “I have killed Alfhed (...)”. I didn’t kill him, just calmed him with a spell. On the attached screenshot you can see both journal entry and healthy Alfhed.

The dialogue option doesn’t
The dialogue option doesn’t check for his death.
I have changed the dialogue
I have changed the dialogue line to check for his death. A second dialogue line will fire when he is still alive, as the quest is set to continue on from there.
