Part 2 of the Narsis int survey

All devs are encouraged to look through and comment.

Key

GOOD: only personal taste concerns, can be merged

OKAY: minor errors that can be fixed after its merged.

NEEDS WORK: Should be fixed as its own claim and then re-reviewed

DOESN'T FIT EXTERIOR/SHELL: Needs to be fixed as its own claim and re-reviewed

SCRAP IT: Needs a new claim be opened to replace it.

TR_i6-25-hla: Good
Number 1 on the map. Solid house, could get moved into an apartment, needs a pathgrid.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_05 (built into cliff)

TR_i6-26-Hla: Needs work
Number 2 on the map. The lack of ingrediants was a bad call, it leaves the store being quite empty and boring, should see a moderate re-clutter to add some interest back in. Also must be noted this relies on being built into a hill or be part of a complex to fit as it would otherwise match its shell
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_28 (built into cliff)

TR_i6-27-hla: Good
Number 3 on the map. Needs the furniture updated to de_m, but is otherwise solid clutter-wise, door needs to be fixed and needs a pathgrid.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_13

TR-i6-28-Hla: Okay
Number 4 on the map. Needs a clutter pass to include some of the Armors SHOTN now has, maybe even some additional Nord clutter and literature. Needs a Pathgrid.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_12

TR_i6-29-Hla: Scrap it
Number 5 on the map. Harsh but both cells have the same issue of very boring presentation that doesn't leave much room for improvement that wouldn’t basically be full redo's anyway.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_26

TR_i6-30-Hla: Okay
Number 6/7 on the map. Both needing lighting and clutter passes but otherwise pretty good (top floor that weird bed set-up should just be a standard bed however) needs a pathgrid.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_26

TR_i6-31: Needs asset work (Its the Bazaar)
Number 8 on the map. Okay this needs dedicated assets for its interior shell, otherwise the sheer volume of cobbling can be very easily noticed in parts, after that this monster will need thorough re-reivew of the vast amounts of clutter.
The connected Halls of laborers and farmers have related asset woes which actually make them hard to navigate in the CS making judgments hard.
Needs pathgrids (good luck)
Shell: pffffff, the current shell doesn't matter this is gonna need the modular set for the ext to be accurate at all.

TR_i6-32-Hla: Doesnt fit shell*
Number 9 on the map. Bottom floor: Too much good loot on display and only enough room for one guard, knock it back down though and its pretty good looking
*Upper Floor: Doesn’t actually match the exterior, needs reshuffling
Both need pathgrids
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_07

Tr_i6-33 : Scrap it
Numbers 10, 11, 12 and 13 on the map. This is supposed to be Narsis census and excise complex and it just falls flat for that purpose, this should all be in one large office (courtesy of the modular set) and get a fresh set of interiors rather than this assortment of bland ints.
Shells: ex_hlaalu_b_17 (10/12), ex_hlaalu_b_13 (11/13).

TR_i6-34-Hla: Doesnt fit shell?
Number 14 on the map. Weird shell to fit to begin with and not sure it does, otherwise could use a clutter pass and it needs a pathgrid.
Shell:ex_hlaalu_b_17

TR_i6-35-Hla: Needs work
Number 15 on the map. Given the sheer volume of literature I'd suggest finding a place with a new ext just so theres more room for it. That aside this will need the selection checked over for any quest literature (something old TR was guilty of placing around a lot) and also an update with any new material that belongs in such a store.
The residence is okay, nothing special.
Both need pathgrids.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_06

TR_i6-36-Hla: Scrap it
Numbers 16 and 17 on the map. These are really basic, which doesn't work for a city like Narsis, while it shouldn’t be the Slave pits of Tear Narsis's slave market should be a memorably grim location, which these two sets of cells arent.
Shell: ex_hlaalu_b_23 (both, built into cliffs)
