The Eldale head is now deprecated (and re-created as head 22). There's currently only one NPC using it in Narsis section (Palosenya in Othmura), which I've fixed.

As part of spreading the assets around, the two Altmer in Hlerynhul have also been given a new face/hair respectively. I haven't changed the two Altmer in Narsis created ahead of proper Narsis NPCing since they'll be edited in those claims (and neither was using the deprecated head).
