The current Narsis section file places the T_Data template guards, and modifies the record so they can be used as Map 7 guards:

This shouldn't be the case, since Mainland shouldn't override T_Data records, and also we will probably want to delete the template guards from T_Data completely. All of these guards should be replaced by a TR_m7 NPCs defined within the section file, and the edits to the TR_hla guards have to be cleaned out of the section file.
